All stock items are shipped within 2 – 5 business days after payment has been made. Please take care to enter your delivery address correctly as we cannot be held responsible for any undelivered parcels or parcels delayed in transit due to incorrect address details being provided to us.

– Domestic Shipping
We are shipping within Kenya at a Flat rate of KES 350
– International Shipping
We are shipping internationally using DHL Express. The actual costs depend on your country of residence. The rates for international shipping start from KES 2,500 (to neighbouring countries). When orders are shipped internationally estimated delivery times may vary due to individual processing procedures, courier services, customs delays and proximity to capital cities. Tracking information is automatically emailed to the customer upon dispatch of order. DHL Express is delivering to your doorstep and will not deliver to a PO Box.

Import Duties
Import taxes, duties and any other levies and charges, if any, are at the cost of the customer. If you wish to find out more information please contact your local Customs and Excise office.

We are trying to use sustainable and environmentally friendly packaging material (mostly made from recycled material) and use as little packaging material as possible while still ensuring that your purchase is reaching you intact and undamaged.
